SSPC are delighted to announce that the 49th BACG Annual Conference will be coming to Limerick, Ireland next year. The Conference will include the BACG Annual General Meeting and Annual Lecture and the BACG Young Scientist award, plenary presentations and both invited and contributed papers. The conference chair for the 2018 will be SSPC Funded Investigator Dr Denise Croker, based in the University of Limerick.
The 48th British Association of Crystal Growth (BACG) took place recently. The conference includes keynote lectures, contributed lectures, posters and crystals in art as well as the BACG annual lecture and young scientist of the year award. The programme comprises the latest developments in the areas of crystal growth, nucleation, crystallisation engineering and characterisation of crystalline materials.
